The LAPP Insulators Group is a leading manufacturer and supplier of high voltage insulators with a global sales network and references in over 70 countries. For our location in Turda (Romania), we are searching for a fulltime Maintenance Manager to start as soon as possible.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
• Minimum 3 years experience in industrial maintenance
• Experience in heavy industries is an advantage
• Minimum 2 years experience leading maintenance teams.
• Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance planning
• Budget management and cost optimization experience
• Project management skills
• Good computer skills ( Excel, reporting tools)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical and Tooling maintenance teams
• Develop and implement the Annual Preventive & Corrective Maintenance Plan
• Reduce equipment downtime and production interruptions
• Coordinate emergency breakdown interventions
• Monitor and control maintenance KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, downtime, auxiliary costs)
• Manage spare parts inventory and optimize stock levels
• Participate in modernization and CAPEX investment projects
• Monitor utilities consumption (electricity, gas, water, compressed air)
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety (HSE) and Fire Prevention regulations
• Supervise maintenance documentation and ERP records
• Lead, evaluate and develop maintenance staff
